Grievance Policy

 

As an organization that embraces peacemaking, the first step with any concern involving an employee, services provided, a department or the organization, is to engage in a face-to-face discussion with the involved parties. The goal of the discussion is to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of all involved. In the event a concern is not resolved at this level, the concerned party should request, access and be provided the relevant policy or procedure and follow the steps as outlined.
