Evidence-Based Therapies

Our clinicians in Nevada use a range of proven, evidence-based modalities tailored to each person’s needs:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helps individuals process their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors using strategies to manage symptoms of depression and anxiety

  • Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
An approach focused on building trust and relationships between caregivers and children, with an emphasis on those who have experienced trauma or adversity

  • Motivational Interviewing (MI)
MI is a person-centered therapy that helps individuals resolve ambivalence to find their own internal motivation to change behavior
