We offer rapid, compassionate responses to safety concerns with in-person assessments, crisis stabilization, community engagement, and follow-up care to improve the well-being of youth and adults within their communities.
Who We Serve
Within designated communities, our team serves youth and adults five years and older. We meet those we serve where they are — physically, emotionally, and culturally.
Our Goals
Our crisis services are centered on these key goals, empowering individuals to build stability and strengthen resilience:
Ensuring safety during mental health or behavioral crises
Stabilizing individuals to avoid hospitalization, arrest, or displacement
