BRIDGES Program

The goal of Bridges services is to provide independent and transitional living services for young adults to prepare them for emancipation and independence.  Services include case management, support with housing or attainment of housing, job skills, money and household management.

Bridges services are available to young adults who were served by the Ohio Public Children Services Agency and to youth until they turn age 21. Services are provided throughout Ohio.

 

Bridges to Pathways

The goal of Bridges to Pathways services is to reduce youth violence and recidivism by educational re-engagement through intensive case management, transportation, skills development and support with summer employment for youth ages 14 – 17 who are chronically truant or have been involved with the juvenile justice system.. 

Bridges to Pathways services are provided in Chicago, Illinois.
